Head of Marketing & Communication

Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for communicating our message to the world, anticipating changes and development in our target markets and driving global growth for this ambitious and dynamic start-up. You will own marketing and communication, shaping the short and long-term marketing strategy and initiating creative catalysts for growth, such as strategic partnership and customer loyalty programmes.

Analyzing market and competitor activity excites you. You have a deep understanding of today’s highly connected society with knowledge and experience in UX and developing customer journeys that convert.

You will:

  • develop Key People Check’s marketing strategy against the three Cs: contact, content, connect
  • cooperate with the business development teams and supervise as well the Marketing Team members as external contributors and advisors
  • analyze and support both category and cluster marketing plans to align with brand strategy and achieve annual season operating plan goals.
  • create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
  • leverage customer insight data to refine brand management.
  • ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
  • provide design and direction for collateral, web, point of sales material, and other visual communications media for the company.
  • coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.

Requirements

Technical skills:

  • Experienced marketing strategy management, developing global marketing plans
  • International experience (working across markets)
  • Knowledge of brand strategy
  • Conceptually creative, natural big picture reflex
  • Customer oriented, used to develop business strategies that tend to reflect a customer orientation (being able to identify and understand customer´s needs, expectations and motivations), identifying and synthesizing key insights from research into a concise story for the client
  • Strong analytics and “good business sense”, it means, a deep understanding of analytics and an ability to interpret data to drive business and marketing strategies
  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills, English full proficiency or native
  • A good knowledge of the consulting and HR-SaaS industries would be plus
