JOB OFFER

Under supervision of the Head of Operations and collaborating with the sales team, you will be trained and certified to deliver our Deep Identity Clarifying Process™ Step1 profiling services and assist our Senior consultants in delivering DICP® Step 2 services.

You’ll manage regional operations in your country location and be willing to support international clients with some travel required. This position has the potential to evolve quickly from Junior to Senior consultant depending on experience and expertise.

Requirements:

• Long working experience with 10+ years’ proven track record and references in change management and international business, ideally at Steering Committee level
• Solid track record in Top Executives individual and team coaching
• MBTI Certification is mandatory. Further degrees or certifications in intercultural psychology or neuropsychology would be a plus.
• Gifted with ‘active listening’ and exceptional empathy, as well as possessing a strong desire to help develop the potential of others.
• High interest & strong motivation in solving complex problems and fighting the waste of resource of performance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in your native language and English.
• You must be native bilingual in two languages to be considered for this position.

Desired but not essential

• Solid experience in one of the leading strategic and change management consulting firms would be a plus
• Bicultural origins and/or long expatriation experience would be ideal
