Head of Human Resources

Under supervision of the CEO and in collaboration with our foreign branches, you will be in charge of all aspects related to recruitment, talent management and training, as well as of Internal Communication and Employer branding. Given the very international nature of our business, a strong experience with international mobility and workforce, as well as proven experience and skills in psychology is key.

You will:

  • anticipate and plan recruitment needs and procedures
  • develop strong ties with head hunters
  • provide ongoing support to employees regarding policies and procedures being the first point of contact for all day-to-day HR queries
  • assess employee development needs, make recommendations, and implement appropriate assessments and continuous improvements solutions
  • ensure effective communication and implementation of Talent Management programs within the organization
  • supervise DICP® training and certification programs
  • act as an internal coach and mediator, providing appropriate support and feedback to leaders and employees within the organization
  • supervise international mobility and relocation support, in cooperation with the compensation& benefits departments
  • thrive in an “all hands-on deck” environment
  • be responsible for employee’s well being and contribute to employer brand

Requirements

  • At least 7 years as an HR Manager with generalist profile or equivalent in Talent Management in an international and fast-paced environment
  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources or related field.
  • Additional degrees in Psychology or related field would be a plus
  • Strong experience working in a multicultural environment & within a distributed team
  • Excellent workshop facilitator skills
  • Innovative and constantly looking for ways to improve upon things
  • A natural born passion for letting people grow
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Bi-cultural profile with long expat experience and Top Proficiency in English
  • Solid knowledge of Spanish labor Law would be a plus
  • Both self-driven and a team player with a positive attitude
